Hi TK!

I've added you to my friends list - I used to post to the "hot_glass" community under the name "lolabydesign" but I'm not using that LJ anymore except to post to communities, and even that doesn't happen very often... Hence the fact that I am adding you to my friends list over here at slobberpuppy headquarters.

I hope that's cool with you, feel free to add me to your friends list, should you care to!

Cheers,
~Lola

Hi,
Slobberpuppy is an interesting screen name and very descriptive. I inherited one of those from one of my kids who has discovered a preference for small dogs. His name is Jack and he's the first dog I've met I really suspect may not be entirely good in his heart. But he is very loyal. :D

Its been a while since I checked my LJ so this reply is a bit late. Summer time down here in The Land of Cotton means 100 degree temps and so my glass bead making is on hiatus until I can vent the studio with cool air. My other hobbies are pretty much on hold as well, mostly due to the heat but partly just laziness.

Hee hee! Re: slobberpup - Yeah, I love the name. It's funny and I don't think it's something most folks would choose to identify themselves with, which is why I chose it. So many people choose stuff akin to Goddess status. I decided to go the other way and choose something a little closer to earth.

Looking forward to keeping up with you a bit more, I've been werking some glass and posting pics, might post to some of the communities again at some point, we'll see. Life has been both full and fulfilling this year, and I'm about due for a bit of a break. Think I may just lie out on a blanket tonight and stare at the clouds.

Weather that heat well, my friend. Nothin' better than a hot day on the porch with a cold one in hand and a friend by your side...
